Surestay Plus Hotel By Best Western Houston Medical Center

The hotel was exceptionally clean, I liked it. I stayed in the room that was cleaned and available with a couch. Had a really nice stay here.

Immaculately clean hotel in a nice building really close to Rice University and Cliffs. Caring, attentive staff on shift.

We only stayed here for 3 nights, as we didn't have time, but everything was wonderful.

I have had an excellent experience, this well priced, fairly clean hotel deserves more than 3 stars. Lots of meals for breakfast, including hot chocolate, yogurt, muffins, pastries and breads. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the room was brand-new and updated with ample tables. Property's lobby was nice with exceptional personnel.

Fairly clean hotel with outstanding staff and perfect location adjacent to NRG center/arena, Museums and all the hospitals. Medical Center district won't disappoint you.

We had a nice stay here, would recommend it. Clean place, staff was accommodating.

All of the staff were thorough, courteous. Our room was newly renovated and neat with a table with two chair and the continental breakfast offered has a huge variety of dishes.

It was truly a really really nice stay at this location, the hotel met expectation. The room was with ample tables. Early check-in was a bonus. Everything great. The breakfast included yogurt, muffins, pastries, milk and slices of fresh bread, loved this place.

My experience at this great hotel was really comfortable. Informative staff, marvellous breakfast, lovely view. I was given an outstanding room with an elegant bathroom.

It was neat place, staff were consistently courteous, and I loved my silent room. Breakfast food including cereal, muffins, hot waffles and eggs was delicious. Friendly check in and fantastic service. It was reasonably priced, compared to other pet-friendly hotels.

Hotel was neat and attractive. The gardens were beautiful and our room was absolutely perfect and well-kept. The swimming pool combined with absolutely fabulous views.

I loved my stay, it was very nice. Fairly clean place & sweet staff. Decent location, 10 minutes' walk to In Play. Booked a room with exceptionally good views. Late check-out too.

Actually everything was well managed, my next choice again in Houston. I got free upgrade and loved it. Speedy check-in too.

In the evening we visited Murphy's Deli it was nearby. Vacation base for a 4-night stay...

AWESOME location, the pool was a plus. Interesting place for trip in Houston.
